Join this class as a duo and learn situational awareness, basic self-defense skills, and develop a winning mindset! Learn to walk with confidence, not in fear! Please wear comfortable clothes to move in and athletic shoes. 
Students should be 14 years of age and older to participate, and will be reqired to bring with them a signed & notarized release from liability and photo release (sent after registration is completed).
